Instructions:Using Royal Lace Placemats, cut the scalloped edge off. Cut these into 4-inch lenghts. Make conecting loops.
Do not throw away the remainder of the placmat. The center design can be cut out and used on a tray or wrap around a package. The lace designs around the outer edge can be used for other projects such as the Decoupage Victorian Heart Ornaments.
