Instructions:With the core from wrapping paper or paper towels, cut into 6-inch lenghts.
Using the Royal Lace white gold or silver placemats, place the tube onto the end of the doily, secure with tape and roll. Secure the other end with a victorian sticker. Fill the tube with a small toy or candy and pinch the overlapping ends. Tie the ends with ribbon or push slightly into tube ends.
