Instructions:
Paint a 4-inch papier mache heart purchased at craft store with gold acrylic paint, let dry.
You can use decoupage scrap or a heavy grade wrapping paper that has Victorian women and or flowers to cut out. You will need Royal Lace white and gold 4-inch hearts. Also the heart can be layered with the left over pieces cut from the placemats. Follow the directions on the decoupage glue, and layer your pieces to your liking. Let dry and hot glue a bow made with ribbon 1-1/2 inch wide by 12 inches. Most papier mache hearts come with a gold thread to hang.
