Cut out the small design circle in center of doily. Form a bouquet keeping stems about 5" long. Rubber band the stems together. Push stems through the hole in the doily. Using a ‡ yard of the ribbon (the remainder of the ribbon will be used to make a bow), fold the end of the ribbon under about an inch and using pins secure to stems just below the doily. Begin wrapping the ribbon tightly around the stems and securing the end by folding ribbon under and pinning into place. Make sure pins are pushed in the length of the stems. Tie the remainder of the ribbon around wrapped stems and tie into a bow.
